All Travel Appointments are cash only. Travel prices May Vary Depending on Location. You are required to pay a $50 deposit the day of booking. If you cancel within 72 Hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
FROM NOVEMBER 16 – DECEMBER 26 OUR NO SHOW/RESCHEDULING POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED IN AN EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE AS MANY GUESTS AS POSSIBLE DURING OUR BUSY HOLIDAY SEASON.
It is understandable that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hrs notice.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may mean that we need to charge a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

Late Arrivals
We make every effort to maintain time commitments and we request that you extend the same courtesy to us. We understand that special circumstances can arise which may cause you to run a few minutes behind. Depending on the service you’ve reserved for that day and the timing required; if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may not be able to fulfill your entire service request. In some cases, we may ask you to reschedule in order to provide prompt service to our next guest.
No Show Policy
No Show – we will ask that you put 50% down of service to reschedule and will be applied the day of new service.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hrs in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Rescheduling Fee will apply.
As a courtesy, we will text/call to confirm your service the day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and a Rescheduling Fee.
